The personal information is collected pursuant to the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act and Order-in-Council (OIC) 2015-0241. The personal information will be used by the Procurement Branch of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) for the purposes of improving offerings under the Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI). The personal information is described in the Personal Information Bank Outreach Activities-PSU 938. The refusal to provide the necessary information could have an impact on your participation to procure goods and services regarding this initiative. Your personal information is protected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct your personal information, if erroneous or incomplete. The personal information provided as part of the CCPI will be retained for as long as you participate in the CCPI or, until you revoke your consents, but for a minimum period of 2 years after the last administrative change, after which it will be destroyed.
