What do we buy

This procurement tool is used to provide the rental of various highway tractors, trucks and trailers for the All Federal Departments located in Ontario excluding the National Capital Region and Nunavut subject to the Comprehensive land Claims Agreement as required. The rental may be daily, weekly, or monthly. All vehicles will be driven and operated by Federal Government personnel only. Vehicles can be driven across Canada and the United States of America.

How do we buy

• The standing offer is retendered every 3 years, with price provided for each year of the standing offer
• Client departments can issue call-ups up to $40K. All requirements above 40K must be submitted to Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to be tendered on a competitive basis
• There is 1 vendor that services all of Ontario
