Password recovery
You obtained your myKEY through Online Registration and Credential Administration (ORCA):
- Reset your password on ORCA’s Lost or Forgotten Password page
You obtained your myKEY through your Local Registration Authority (LRA):
- Contact your organization’s IT service desk, who will reach out to your LRA to recover your myKEY.
You obtained your myKEY from an organization issuing its own Public Key Infrastructure ID-based credentials (e.g., CRA/CBSA, CSEC, RCMP):
- Contact your departmental credential provider for assistance or your organization’s IT service desk.

Lost myKEY
You obtained your myKEY through Online Registration and Credential Administration (ORCA):
- Recover your myKEY on ORCA’s Lost myKEY page
You obtained your myKEY through your Local Registration Authority (LRA):
- Contact your organization’s IT service desk, who will reach out to your LRA to recover your myKEY.
