[Scenes of building covered with snow, followed by a closeup of Jasmine walking then sitting in an interview chair speaking to the side of the camera.]

Jasmine: My name is Jasmine Alam. I'm a nurse by profession.

[Pictures of Jasmine’s parents.]

Jasmine: My mom is from the Philippines and my dad is from Bangladesh.

[Jasmine stirring coffee, reading a book and drinking her coffee, followed later by a scene of her praying.]

Jasmine: For me they represent strength and resilience. They came to Canada for a better life. They left everything behind to give me an opportunity to be something greater. And that's what I'm striving for. Just to be the best version of myself.

[Jasmine watching TV and eating chips.]

Jasmine: If you know me, you know I'm a huge Bollywood fan. Like I know all the movies, all the actors, all the drama, name it all. I mean we all need our lighthearted moments and that's mine. My little guilty pleasure, I guess.

[Jasmine driving a car and later crossing a street with inserts of her smiling to the camera.]

Jasmine: So, for me success is not just my career, my family or allowing myself to watch Bollywood. It's much more than that. It's to achieve all this with grace, integrity and just being myself. I believe that women are the backbone of society and when we rise, the whole world rises with us.
