Progress reports on recommendations

Since 2017, all formal recommendations made in a systemic investigation report are re-examined at specific intervals, to determine whether the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces are implementing those recommendations.

From time to time, a Parliamentary committee may invite our Ombud to provide evidence during a hearing. Ombud's recommendations used as evidence can be found here.
