Media Advisory

Vancouver, British Columbia, December 19, 2017 — The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) invites the media to attend the 11th Wishes Without Borders Toy Drive at Oakridge Centre on Thursday, December 21, 2017.

The Wishes Without Borders Toy Drive is an annual event to raise awareness and funds for the fight against childhood cancer and to provide toys to children and their families living with this illness. All funds and toys raised by CBSA staff and partners will support the BC Children’s Hospital, the Michael Cuccione Foundation and Cops for Cancer, which benefits Camp Goodtimes.

Please join CBSA border services officers and staff, along with local law enforcement partners, at the Oakridge Wishing Tree, located at the North East corner of the mall, for a formal presentation and an opportunity to meet other members of the community.
