Closures and reduced hours
Our service points and public consultation rooms in Ottawa, Halifax, Winnipeg and Vancouver will be closed on December 25 and 26, 2025, and January 1, 2026. From December 24, 2025, through January 2, 2026, they will close at 4:00 p.m. daily.
