The Public Health Agency of Canada is committed to protecting the privacy rights of individuals and safeguarding the personal information under its control in accordance with thePrivacy Act. The personal information you provide will be collected by the Canadian Field Epidemiology Program within the Regulatory, Operations and Emergency Management Branch. The Canadian Field Epidemiology Program derives its authority to collect your personal information under the Public Health Agency of Canada Act and the Department of Health Act.

Why are we collecting your personal information?By providing your email address, you hereby consent to receive updates and notifications about the Canadian Field Epidemiology Program, applied epidemiology training, events, and career opportunities.

Your email address will only be used to send notifications about the Canadian Field Epidemiology Program, applied epidemiology training, events, and career opportunities. In some cases, information may be disclosed without your consent for purposes not outlined in this Statement pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Privacy Act.

You also have a right to complain to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you feel your personal information has been handled improperly. If you unsubscribe, we'll remove your email address from our subscription list and you will no longer receive updates. If you wish to change your subscription email, you must cancel your subscription and re-subscribe
