Honourable Francis Drouin, Member of Parliament for Glengarry-Prescott-Russell, on behalf of Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, Lawrence MacAulay, will be at the Dignard Farm in Embrun, Ontario to announce support for the development of a new private sector risk management tool to help farmers manage agricultural risks, such as extreme weather, pests, and disease.
