Minister Bibeau in Washington D.C. to meet with agriculture leaders

Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Marie-Claude Bibeau will be in Washington, D.C., and Arlington, Virginia, February 21, 2020, where she will meet with agricultural leaders from the United States, Mexico and Argentina to discuss collaboration on an international regulatory approach that facilitates trade, agricultural innovations and food security.

- United States Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue;
- Mexican Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development, Victor Villalobos;
- Argentina’s Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Luis Basterra; and
- o American Farm Bureau Federation President, Zippy Duvall.
- Panel Discussion “Feeding the World through Innovation” at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)’s 96th Agricultural Outlook Forum.
- “Dialogue with Canada’s Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, Marie-Claude Bibeau” with key U.S. agricultural stakeholders from the Washington Agricultural Roundtable, Women in International Trade, and the U.S. Food and Agriculture Dialogue for Trade.
