The CT-157 Siskin II is the future Advanced Flying Training Fixed-Wing/Jet aircraft as part of the Future Aircrew Training.
This plane is a high-performance advanced trainer that will be used for both advanced flying training and as a necessary step toward jet training. A fleet of 19 aircraft will be based at 2 Canadian Forces Flying Training School at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
