Honorary Colonel Patrice Ouellet was appointed as Honorary Colonel of 430 Tactical Helicopter Squadron, at Valcartier, QC in November 2017.

Honorary Colonel Ouellet has spent the last 25 years of his career in the automotive industry. He is currently helping leaders and entrepreneurs reach world-class performance in their professional and personal life through his firm, 48 heures par jour. Honorary Colonel Ouellet was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Toyotoshi Group. Under his management, the Group was named among the best places to Work in Canada for five years by the Great Places to Work Institute. He is an expert in car dealership operations management and individual high performance. He has also worked as a consultant with multiple car manufacturers in North America.

Honorary Colonel Ouellet has been a governor for the Jeune chambre de commerce de Quebec (JCCQ) for over 8 years and is very involved at different levels in the Quebec business community.
