Captain Kyle Taylor

Snowbird 6, Outer Right Wing

Captain (Capt) Kyle Taylor was born and raised in London, Ontario. He earned a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa in 2014.

Capt Taylor joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in 2016. After being posted to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, he earned his wings on the CT-156 Harvard II in 2019. He was then selected to continue as an Instructor Pilot at 2 Canadian Forces Flying Training School on the Harvard II where he earned his A Category instructor rating and became an instructor at the Flight Instructor School.

Outside of flying, Capt Taylor enjoys spending time at home with Pepper, his 4-year-old Brittany puppy, and playing volleyball.

Capt Taylor joined the Canadian Forces Snowbirds in 2023 as Snowbird 6, Outer Right Wing. He brings over 1,900 hours of ejection seat flying to the team.
