Corporal Cody Berquist

Snowbird 4A, Senior Aircraft Structures Technician

Corporal (Cpl) Cody Berquist was born in Lahr, Germany, and raised in Ontario, Canada. He grew up with a sense of adventure, spending most of his time outdoors fishing, camping and hiking.

Prior to his military career, Cpl Berquist attended Algonquin College for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. He also traveled a lot because both of his parents were members of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Cpl Berquist began his military career in 2018 as an Aircraft Structures Technician. His first posting was to 14 Wing Greenwood in Nova Scotia, where he worked on the CP-140 Aurora at 14 Air Maintenance Squadron and 405 Long Range Patrol Squadron.

In 2022, Cpl Berquist had the privilege to participate in the national commemorative ceremony in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in Ottawa.

Cpl Berquist is now posted to 431 Air Demonstration Squadron, 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, working on the CT-114 Tutor. He is the Lead Aircraft Structures Technician for the 2026 show season
