CT-142Q Citadel
The Citadel will be used to train Air Combat Systems Officers and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators as part of Future Aircrew Training.
After training on the Citadel, aircrew will be ready to operate aircraft such as the CQ-9B Guardian, CC-295 Kingfisher, CP-8A Poseidon and CH-148 Cyclone. Equipped with an advanced airborne mission simulation system as well as enhanced performance and avionics, the fleet of three aircraft will be based at 402 Squadron in Winnipeg.
