Join the Canadian Army’s Blood and Plasma Donation Team

The Canadian Army (CA) is proud to partner with Canadian Blood Services to launch a dedicated CA Donation Team for blood and plasma donation. CA Members are invited to join the team and support Canadians by regularly donating blood and plasma as part of their health routine.

Why Join the CA Donation Team?

The CA is known for its strength and readiness, but our culture goes beyond combat; we serve and lead with purpose, both at home and abroad. Part of our mission is to serve in the best interest of Canadians, and donating blood and plasma is one way we fulfill that commitment.

By making donation a regular habit, we support Canadians in need, contribute to Canada’s lifeline, and inspire communities to follow our lead.

 

How to Join the CA Donation Team?

Via the GiveBlood App:

  1. Download the GiveBlood app.
  2. Sign in to your existing account or create an account.
  3. Select “Partners” from the menu.
  4. Choose “Join an existing team.”
  5. Search for: Canadian Army / Armée canadienne.
  6. Click “Join the Team.”

Via the Website:

  1. Visit the Canadian Blood Services website.
  2. Sign in to your existing account or create an account.
  3. Select “Partners” from the left-hand menu.
  4. Search for: Canadian Army / Armée canadienne.
  5. Click “Join the Team.”

How to Book an Appointment with the CA Team?

Via the GiveBlood App:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select “Partners” from the menu.
  3. Scroll to “Team Appointments” and click “View.”
  4. Choose your preferred appointment time.
  5. Click “Confirm Appointment.”

Via the Website:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select “Partners” from the left-hand menu to access “Team Overview.”
  3. Scroll to “Team Appointments” and click “Book.”
  4. Choose your preferred appointment time.
  5. Click “Book Now.”

 

Donating in Quebec

  • Members located in the province of Québec can donate through Héma-Québec. More details will be shared shortly. In the meantime, we invite you to visit Héma-Québec’s website for more information and to schedule a donation appointment.
