Formation Command Team Seminar (FCTS)

The Canadian Army recognized that future Formation Command Teams needed an opportunity to break from their positions and orient themselves to their new roles and responsibilities prior of taking command. The FCTS is mandatory for both Regular Forces and Army Reserves formation leadership teams, it provides an environment for participant to develop their networks and benefit from the direct mentorship of senior leaders of the CAF and CA through briefings and discussions. But most importantly, it provides an opportunity to reflect, share and prepare them for their command appointments.
