The Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada:

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot program, which was initially meant to run till December 2019, will now be extended by an additional two years to December 31, 2021.

And as well, the provinces will now have more flexibility to prioritize which jobs they wish to fill to allow them to better allocate their pilot spaces as a way to fuel economic growth and address labour market and skills shortages.
