Average rating of outcomes for repayable contributions and PBSI projects
Figure 2 shows the average rating of outcomes for both repayable contributions and PBSI projects, based on a survey of P&G clients. The ratings were on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 represents “Not at all”, and 5 represents “To a Great Extent”.
The outcomes and their ratings for repayable contribution projects were as follows: production volume (4.35), productivity (4.35), quality of products (4.22), competitive position (3.9), sales in existing markets (3.8), range of products (3.6), new markets (3.3), networks/partnerships (3.17), participation in supply chains (3.07), management skills (2.93), and technical/tech management skills (2.92).
For PBSI projects, the ratings were as follows:
productivity (4.06), quality of products (3.96), production volume (3.86), competitive position (3.8), management skills (3.64), sales in existing markets (3.3), range of products (3.32), new markets (3.2), technical/tech management skills (2.95), networks/partnerships (2.78), and participation in supply chains (2.51).
