Audit of Employment Equity Representation in Recruitment

In October 2018, the Public Service Commission (PSC) selected the Agency for the Audit of Employment Equity (EE) Representation in Recruitment. The audit focuses on success rates of EE groups (women, visible minorities, Aboriginal peoples, and persons with disabilities) at key stages of external recruitment. The results of this audit should provide additional evidence on EE representation at key stages during the recruitment process and help identify key factors that affect representation. Public service-wide results will be available in fall 2019.
