ACOA assistance approved for P&G project types by fiscal year

Figure 1 depicts the amount of ACOA assistance approved for the different types of P&G projects each fiscal year from 2008-2009 to 2013-2014.
For Business Support-type projects, funding was approximately $16 million in fiscal year 2008-2009. It decreased slightly each year, reaching a low of $10.1M in 2013-2014.
For Establishment projects, funding was $1.2 million in 2008-2009, and similar the following year. It increased to over $5 million for the next three years, then fell to $1.5 million in 2013-2014.
For Expansion and Modernization projects, funding was $13.5 million in 2008-2009, then increased each year to reach a high of $42 million in 2012-2013. It fell slightly in 2013-2014 to $38.7 million.
For Marketing projects, funding was highest in 2008-2009 at $7.2 million. It remained under $4 million for all following fiscal years.
For PBSI projects, the amount of assistance over the period varied between a high of $9.2 million in 2011-2012 and a low of $6.6 million in 2013-2014.
