Appendix G – P&G conceptual/analytical framework

This figure shows the Productivity and Growth sub-program conceptual and analytical framework drafted in 2012 as part of an evaluation planning process for all Enterprise Development sub-programs. The framework illustrates the types of activities undertaken, the stakeholders involved, the immediate and intermediate outcomes, and the desired impacts. It shows the complex environment in which P&G programming operates, including both ACOA’s contribution via other sub-programs and external contextual factors. The framework shows the interrelationships between P&G activities, outcomes and impacts as well as the contributions of other stakeholders.
