Text file format

Reports can be downloaded as text files in CSV format. These files can be opened with spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel. If you have difficulty opening a file, the following information may be helpful:

• Character set / file origin: Unicode (UTF-8)
• Separator / delimiter:
  • English files: comma (,)
  • French files: semicolon (;)
• Text qualifier / text delimiter: quotation mark (")
• Decimal separator / decimal symbol:
  • English files: period (.)
  • French files: comma (,)
• Thousands separator / digit grouping symbol:
  • English files: comma (,)
  • French files: space ( )
