Government of Canada Invests in Crescent Valley Resource Centre

Infrastructure improvements to playground and park will contribute to the quality of life of the community
April 1, 2016 – Saint John, N.B. - Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA)
Member of Parliament for Saint John, Wayne Long, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), joined officials and volunteers today to announce an investment of more than $38,000 under the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program (CIP 150) for the Crescent Valley Resource Centre.
This project involves infrastructure upgrades to the existing Crescent Valley Resource Centre playground to support Phase II improvements that include the installation of inclusive play equipment, picnic tables and benches.
In Atlantic Canada, CIP 150 is administered through ACOA.
