Minister Fraser to announce federal support to build more homes, faster across Atlantic Canada

Fredericton, NB · January 28, 2026 · Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) 

The Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, will make an announcement related to housing and residential construction in Atlantic Canada at the University of New Brunswick’s Offsite Construction Research Centre in Fredericton.

David Myles, Member of Parliament for Fredericton-Oromocto, will also participate.

There will be a media availability immediately following the announcement.
