Lubicon Lake Band, Canada and Alberta to celebrate historic signing of a land claim settlement

Little Buffalo, Alberta - Please be advised the Honourable Carolyn Bennett, Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, Dan Vandal, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Indigenous Services, on behalf of the Honourable Jane Philpott, Premier Rachel Notley and the Honourable Richard Feehan, Minister of Indigenous Relations for Alberta, joined by Chief Billy Joe Laboucan and Lubicon Lake Band community members, will participate in a special celebration to commemorate the signing of a historic land claim settlement.
