Minister of Finance to Deliver Economic and Fiscal Update

Minister  of Finance Bill Morneau will deliver an Economic and Fiscal Update on Friday,  November 20, 2015.

The  fiscal outlook will not include measures to be adopted by this Government.

The  Minister will speak at 10:45 a.m. in the National Press Theatre, 150 Wellington  Street, in Ottawa.

A media availability will follow.

Embargoed Technical Briefing for  Media

Department of Finance officials  will hold an embargoed technical briefing in advance of the Minister’s presentation.

Media representatives  should present themselves no later than 8:45  a.m. in the lobby of the  Department of Finance offices located at 90 Elgin Street, in Ottawa. They will  be asked to sign an undertaking to respect the embargo and then be escorted to  the meeting facilities. Information in connection with the Minister’s presentation  will be made available.

The technical briefing will start at 9:20 a.m.
