Minister of  Finance Bill Morneau will launch the pre-budget consultation process with a  Google Hangout with students from various Canadian universities today,  Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. It can be accessed at http://www.budget.canada.ca/pbc16/.
