Archived - Parliamentary Secretary François-Philippe Champagne Consults Albertans on the 2016 Budget

Today in Edmonton, François-Philippe Champagne, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance, hosted pre-budget consultations seeking ideas and comments on how best to support the middle class, grow the economy, and create long-term prosperity for all Canadians.

The Parliamentary Secretary provided participants with a first-hand overview on the state of the economy, and engaged in discussions on the Government’s plan to grow the economy.

This meeting is part of a week-long series of cross-country conversations on the 2016 budget. The Minister of Finance is also hosting a series of pre-budget consultations across the country.
