Minister of Finance to Meet With Students in New Brunswick

Minister of Finance Bill Morneau will be in St. Mary’s First Nation and Fredericton, New Brunswick on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, to meet with elementary school students and to hold a university townhall.

Minister Morneau will first visit Chief Harold Sappier Memorial Elementary School and be available for a photo opportunity. Photographers and camera operators should present themselves at the school no later than 8:45 a.m. at 305 Maliseet Drive, St. Mary’s First Nation. Please note: Cameras only.

Minister Morneau will then hold a townhall meeting with students from the University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University as part of a Facebook Live event.

The event will take place at 11:00 a.m. (ADT) in room 53 of MacLaggan Hall at the University of New Brunswick, 33 Dineen Drive, in Fredericton. The townhall is open to media and the live stream is available at facebook.com/YourMoneyMattersCanada.
