Minister of  Finance Bill Morneau will meet with provincial and territorial finance  ministers on Monday, June 20, 2016. The  meeting will take place at the Pan Pacific Vancouver hotel, located at 300-999  Canada Place, Vancouver, B.C.

8:30 a.m.

Photo opportunity

Media wishing to  participate in the photo-op should present themselves in the Lobby of the Pan  Pacific Vancouver hotel 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Please note:  Cameras only.

8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Ministers  will discuss federal, provincial and territorial priorities.

3:45 p.m.

Minister Morneau and  his provincial and territorial colleagues will be available to the media.

Location: Pacific  Rim Room 2.

Media Accreditation / Working Room

Media  representatives planning to cover the Finance Ministers Meeting are encouraged  to register by end of day, Friday, June  17. To register, please email Fannie Ouellette at fannie.ouellette@canada.ca.

A media working  room will be located in the Gazebo 2 Room (Lobby Level) of the hotel. Limited wireless  Internet will be available.

The media working  room will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Workspace will be  allotted on a first-come, first-served basis upon registration.

Media availabilities

A microphone will  be available for ministers’ use at the opening of the meeting. A microphone  will be set up in the Oceanview Foyer R (Restaurant and Gallery Level).
