Minister Morneau and Parliamentary Secretary Lightbound to Address the B7 Business Summit in Quebec City

Minister of Finance Bill Morneau and Parliamentary Secretary Joël Lightbound will be in Quebec City to address the B7 Business Summit. The Summit is hosted by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
