Finance Ministers' Meeting on December 16-17 in Ottawa

Finance Minister Bill Morneau and Minister of Middle Class Prosperity Mona Fortier will meet with provincial and territorial Finance Ministers on Monday and Tuesday, December 16-17, 2019, in Ottawa.

6:00 p.m.

Prior to a working dinner, Minister Morneau and Minister Fortier, and some of their provincial and territorial colleagues, will be available to the media. Interested media should present themselves in the lobby of 90 Elgin 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Media may enter through the Albert Street doors.

Tuesday, December 17

7:45 a.m.

Minister Morneau and Minister Fortier, along with interested colleagues, will speak to the media on their way into the meetings. Interested media should present themselves in the lobby of 90 Elgin 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

Ministers will discuss federal, provincial and territorial priorities.

Minister Morneau and Minister Fortier will hold a closing press conference on the second floor of 90 Elgin. Media should arrive in the lobby by 3:15 p.m. to be escorted to the room and to set up.
