The Honourable Randy Boissonnault, Minister of Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, and Rachel Bendayan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance, will hold a press conference regarding the green bond issuance.
