Weekly Update on the Government’s Economic Plan

Ottawa, Ontario – The Deputy Prime Minister will provide an update on the government’s economic plan. She will be joined by the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, François-Philippe Champagne, the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, Jenna Sudds, and the Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities, Sean Fraser.

Following the Deputy Prime Minister’s press conference, senior officials from the Department of Finance Canada will hold a technical briefing on the next phase of the government’s economic plan. This technical briefing is on background only and not for attribution.
