Entry into force of the tax information exchange agreement between Canada and Anguilla

The Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Anguilla under Entrustment from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the exchange of information with respect to tax matters entered into force on October 12, 2011. The Agreement was signed on October 28, 2010. The Agreement has effect in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Agreement.
