Army digitalization or digital transformation is like any other transformation. It's really about overhauling structures, processes, culture and mind set. And in this particular situation, it's really focused on digital aspects."If you could time travel to any era, which would you choose?"
I'd go a hundred years in the future to see how digital transformation unfolds and how we tackled the reality of these emerging technologies."What is the biggest obstacle to true digital transformation in the Army?" Like any transformation, it's all about culture. Until people truly buy-in and embrace the need to transform, you're never gonna get your objectives.
"Name something that will never go out of style."
My mom was a kindergarten teacher and she always said to her kids: "Manners matter, kindness counts." So being a good person never goes out of style."How will the digital transformation improve Army operations?"
This is about being the digital army that we aspire to be, to be interoperable not just within the Canadian Armed Forces, but with our allies as well.(woman): Time!
