(BC) "How do you make time while still conducting your duties in the CAF?"

I dedicate every spare moment and every spare dollar to art.

Hi, my name is Master Corporal Bridget Cucksey. I work at CFS Leitrim.

I'm here to do the 60 Seconds Challenge. I'm a serving Canadian Forces member and I'm an artist.

"When did you first start painting?"

I painted when I was younger, but didn't pick it up again until 2021.

"Where can people see your art?"

They can soon see it at the Global Art Gallery and they can see it at the Higher Destination Café in Embrun, Ontario.

"If you could choose a different art medium for the day, what would it be?"

I would love to do a giant mural somewhere. "The best advice for fellow artists?" Try everything and get yourself a coach."

What type of art do you create?"

I create pencil and painting and sculpture and anything I find inspiring.

"How long have you been in the CAF?"

15 plus years.

"How can someone in the CAF contribute their art to Skill Spirit at the Global Art Gallery?"

You can contact the skillspirit.ca at their website.

"What inspires you?"

Anything that I look that has an interesting shine or texture where I can learn something new in my art.

That's all!
