So, hello everyone. My name is LCol Caroline Chartier. I am the Deputy Commander of the Royal Military College Saint Jean, and I am very pleased to participate in the 60 Seconds challenge with the Public Affairs team today.

First question. "What does leadership mean to you?"
Setting an example. Working with your peers, superiors and subordinates.

"Who can attend military colleges?"
My goodness. Well, everyone. Everyone who has the ability to study at a university level.

"What do you think of the College’s bachelor of international studies program?"
It is excellent; it is a gateway to the world.

"What advice would give RMC Saint Jean graduates?"
To deploy. They will be the best experiences in your career.

"What was your very first job before you joined the Canadian Armed Forces?"
I was a lifeguard.

"Are you high tech or low tech?"
Definitely low tech.

"What is the percentage of female students at RMC Saint Jean?"
25%, which is excellent.

"If you could eat only one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?"
Cheese, definitely.

"What is your favourite activity when you are not at work?"
Sports.
