Lieutenant-Colonel David Sheink:
I can feel it, it’s really important for all of our members to be part of this great event.
Corporal Dan Rodrigues:
It’s what I love doing the most is being there and getting them to smile.
Another voice:
400 Squadron, we’re a small unit but we’re close to each other. We’re a small family.
We work hard all year long and we’re proud to be part of this operation.
Major Terry Wong:
The idea that I had, I wanted to give back to the city. I couldn’t think of anything more important than Sick Kids.
Captain Les Beothy-Zsigmond:
For Op HO HO HO, I’ll be flying the Griffon helicopter. A very good thing you know to help out you know the sick kids.
Another voice:
To win doesn’t mean anything. It’s easy to win and show grace and dignity. But, to suffer, to suffer loss of all the families and kids here at Sick Kids have done to display grace and dignity and courage, that’s a lesson for all of us.
Corporal Kayla Coneen:
I get to hang out with the kids all day which will be very nice. Even having us there for the day just to give them that peace of mind and get a break from what they are dealing with on a daily basis is very great. They are so grateful to have us there and it just makes it that much more special for the kids that are stuck at the hospital over the holidays.
