I'm Capt(N) Rob Taylor from the Royal Canadian Navy. We're here in Odessa, Ukraine, participating in Exercise SEA BREEZE 21 from June 28th until July 10th, 2021. There are 24 members of the Canadian Armed Forces comprised of divers from the Fleet Diving Unit Pacific and Atlantic, sailors from the Naval Tactical Operation Group and staff officers mentors working in Maritime Operations Centre sharing best practices with the Ukrainian Navy.

Exercise SEA BREEZE is supported by NATO's Partnership for Peace program and is about training together and strengthen friendship based on shared commitment to peace and stability in Europe. Our participation in SEA BREEZE is part of Operation UNIFIER which is the Canadian Armed Forces training and capacity-building mission here in Ukraine.
