STRONG SECURE ENGAGED
HIGHLIGHTS DECEMBER 2018 - MAY 2019
The Defence Team continues to make great strides towards realizing the objectives of Strong, Secure, Engaged, since its launch two years ago.
Chief of the Defence Staff, Gen Jonathan Vance: In NDHQ, outside of NDHQ, on a flight line somewhere, on a ship, out in the woods, wherever you are, we want you to be proud, confident, happy, motivated in the Armed Forces. And part of that’s going to be making certain that we give you what you need, while you’re giving us what we need.
Making the Armed Forces a good place to work, critical, for me. I want it to be a good place to work, I want it to be a good profession to join because we ask a lot of our people and ultimately, we have to be able to ask for people to go to war and prevail.
