Participate in our Survey: Defence Team Members’ Experience during COVID-19

In order to support all DND and CAF members, who are always ready to support their country and all Canadians, the Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis (DGMPRA) recently launched the COVID-19 Defence Team Survey.

Your feedback will help determine what changes are required to policy, services, and programs to support Defence Team members and their families as we emerge from this crisis.

The survey aims to understand:

• general concerns with COVID-19 and its impact on well-being;
• the effectiveness of work protocols implemented by the CAF and DND in response to the pandemic;
• the use and effectiveness of programs and services intended to assist Defence Team members with professional and personal issues;
• the awareness and understanding of emerging DND and CAF policies and directives related to COVID-19; and
• people’s understanding of and compliance with public health guidelines.

The survey is anonymous, voluntary and available in both official languages. The survey will take about 25 to 30 minutes to complete and your information will be kept strictly confidential.

We need as many DND and CAF members as possible to participate. Since the start of this pandemic, our Defence Team has shown outstanding courage and determination in serving Canadians throughout this crisis. We encourage you to keep this momentum going by helping us help you and your family through this current situation.
