Coming To A DND/CAF Computer Near You: Self-Service Password Reset

Say goodbye to the days of calling your IT Service Desk for help in resetting your DWAN password. Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is the fastest, easiest, and most secure way to reset your password, so you can get back to your work as soon as possible!

Deployed by ADM(IM), SSPR will allow personnel who have forgotten their DWAN password to securely set a new password on their own, without the help of an IT Service Desk.

SSPR will be rolled out to Defence Team members starting 30 September 2020, and will be available for all DWAN accounts on Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) issued computers. Keep an eye out for an email about SSPR’s availability.

We encourage all Defence Team members to enrol in SSPR as it becomes available. This is your chance to help yourself and the Department save valuable time and resources!
