Technical issues affecting MyGCPay stub New MyGCPay stub

Following the launch of the new MyGCPay stub, Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) experienced technical issues related to the loading of the pay stub data. As a result, PSPC has temporarily removed the pay stub feature from MyGCPay until a solution is found.

They are actively working to identify the root cause of the problem and find a solution as soon as possible.

The Compensation Web Application (CWA) and the Phoenix pay system remains available to access employee pay stubs.
