A reminder to please fill-out the 2020 Public Service Employee Survey by January 29. This year’s survey includes COVID-specific questions to help us understand how we can support you better.

I appreciate that all of you are working to meet different pressures and priorities. I’m grateful for your efforts and your diligence.

At the same time, the anonymous data we receive from this survey is very important for the Department, too.

Unless what you’re working on is literally or figuratively on fire, please feel comfortable taking 20 minutes out of your work day to share your views on how National Defence needs to improve. Your voice will help make us a better employer for you and your colleagues, present and future.
