Since the Fall, the Total Health Programs team has hosted monthly virtual presentations featuring renowned experts in the fields of addiction, relationships, finance, stress and resilience, mental health, inclusiveness and more. We invite you to attend the March webinar- ”Mental Health at Work – Burnout,” that will provide tips to avoid burnout at work.

Mental Health at Work - Burnout

What will you learn?

This presentation will provide a high-level overview of mental health with a focus on burnout and how it might impact your workplace mental health. It will focus on defining burnout, who is most susceptible, and the three dimensions of burnout recovery.

By the end of this session, participants will be exposed to an accessible and evidence-based introduction to burnout and understand the barriers that can be faced in the workplace. This webinar will open the door for the audience members to have an open and informed discussion and gain a better understanding of how burnout can impact their own mental and overall health.
