HR-Civ's Total Health Programs invites you to join April’s virtual webinar, “I’m all Pandemic’ked Out: Parent Stress and Coping” featuring guest speaker, Child Youth and Family Psychologist, PH.D., Ian Mannion.
What will you learn?
- Stressors for children and youth in a pandemic environment that can trigger difficult emotions;
- The signs and symptoms that might suggest that a child, youth or parent is struggling beyond their ability to cope; and
- Specific resilience and coping strategies for parents to best support their children and youth during these difficult times.
