Clicks and Tips and the National Managers’ Community present: How to leverage fast-changing technology

May 4, 2021 -  Defence Stories

The fast pace of technology changes and working from home has brought new ways of working. Being a manager, you feel the rapid and constant changes the most as you must adapt, upgrade your skills, as well as manage and support your team virtually while meeting deadlines.

We are pleased to present two interactive sessions on May 18th and 19th that will allow us all to learn together and discover better ways to use technology while adding humanity to a virtual environment.

Session 1: Microsoft Teams Best Practices for Managers and Future Leaders – May 18

MC’d by the Clicks and Tips founder, Roy Nader, this reverse mentoring session will focus on leveraging Microsoft Teams for managers and future leaders. We will focus on combining a few “clicks and tips” to achieve tasks more efficiently while adding some emotional intelligence. We will also discuss the PASS strategy among other things.

The session will feature a senior leader who will share their challenges with managing in the current virtual environment. After, Roy will demonstrate key functionalities in MS Teams that can help us all reduce stress and gain new tips to utilize technology. Participants will also get a chance to share their challenges and ask questions.
