What will you learn?

Having conversations with children and youth about mental health and suicide can be challenging. As a parent or caregiver, not knowing what to do or say to help your child can be difficult. The global pandemic has put a lot of strain and pressure on children and youth as they continue to adjust within a world of uncertainty, which has ultimately resulted in experiencing issues with their mental health. This webinar offers a safe space to learn about ways to engage and connect with children and youth about mental health, while offering strategies for parents and caregivers to support them in navigating through this complex period.
